Pandora, back (or front, then…)

This piece, made of 2 painted panels rotating inside a wood frame, is a collaboration with Eric Pornin, a talented designer who makes custom pedestals and all sorts of artworks bases.

I imagined it as a magic door, like a rabbit hole you enter and changes your reality. The endless movement of the rotating system wants to bring the viewer into an inner trip.

180 x 56 cm, oil on panel. Oak frame stained with Indian ink.
